16.09.2003 SoftInform has released ad blocking software AdsCleaner 1.0.
In addition to all the
ad blocking
software features brought to Internet Explorer, AdsCleaner
also includes a number of unique tools that come in
handy when surfing the Web. for example, AdsCleaner
is capable of highlighting the visited links - a feature
that makes it easy to avoid visiting the same web
pages twice. By default, AdsCleaner marks the links
you already clicked with strikeout and hovering your
mouse cursor over such a link makes the application
display a pop up containing some useful information
on the page it points to, including the last view
date, your personal web page Comments, page snapshot
and more.
It should be noted that
you can utilize most of the web page description features
right from the familiar environment of Internet Explorer.
For instance, using our ad blocking software toolbar
buttons you can add your personal comments, set a
specific rating for it, and create a web page snapshot.
Additionally, you can easily translate a page online
into a language of your choice; voice a selected fragment
of the age and much more.
Another neat feature of
